Ron Manjack was great! Good experience until he referred us to a salesperson named Jordan. Initially she was a little nice, only to get worse. She wasn’t at our appointment when we set one with her. Had a couple of other interactions with her that were not very pleasant. She was somewhat rude and seemed a little bothered.

Not used to getting calls from dealership to keep me updated on status of vehicle, I usually have to call. Very attentive and seriously got me thinking of my next vehicle purchase to be at Toyota of Laredo. Very pleased with the service. Thank you.

As a first time car owner this was my first time getting a service done. The workers at Toyota were extremely helpful and they made the process easy to understand. I’ve been pleased with the customer service so far!

I went to Toyota of Laredo for a tire balance and rotation. One of the tires had a screw in it, and due to my warranty, they replaced the entire tire at no extra cost. They provided exceptional service — (I forgot the guy name) very helpful, professional, and explained everything clearly. The tire was ordered, and he kept me informed throughout the process until it arrived and was installed the next day. Thank you!

First of all , I am amazed and pleased of the professionalism and dedication your employee Jonathan Cantu has. I started my sight seeing in Toyota (March 23) with no intention to get a vehicle but to see what SUV’s were offered as my mind was to go back to a Lexus , but your employee won me over . I wanted to see the Land Cruiser which he did show and after seeing it I wasn’t to sure. Then Jonathan mentioned the Toyota 4 Runner , never did I think of this truck but he said “let me just bring it so you can see it “ . Well I am so glad he did !! I saw a TRD Off-road and TRD 4x2 both different colors and trim. Decided to say if I can test drive both , without hesitation Jonathan got the keys and off we went. I fell in love with the truck but the color they had available wasn’t telling me yes . Told Jonathan , I would like to see a TRD sport to see how that trim would look in person. I decided to wait and trust Jonathan to find one so I could make a decision. Throughout the wait Jonathan was checking in weekly and providing updates. I still waited , and on April 17 I get the text “Alejandra , I have the 4 runner TRD sport in stock , when can you come visit us ?” Responded back that I would be there tomorrow . Got there and saw the truck !! I knew that trim was the one I wanted , test drove it and made a decision . I wanted that truck , but in black with black interior as well. Jonathan did mention that he didn’t know when that truck would be available but he would start searching. I put my full trust on him to find it . On April 20 I got the text from Jonathan that he found the truck ! Immediately he started working on numbers and pricing to see where I would stand. As he would send the info the price wasn’t there , it was above my budget . He kept working on it and on 4/25 he advised the truck had arrived . We kept working on numbers and finally we got a payment I could say yes to . I went to the dealership on 4/28 and Jonathan already had it ready for me to test drive . After the test drive I knew this truck was the one !! One month later I could finally tell Jonathan YES! The process was flawless and the team truly cares for their customers . I don’t have enough words to thank Jonathan. You all really have an amazing employee and I would like for him to be recognized for his dedication and excellent customer service . I am one happy customer and I will be coming back for the next purchase! Thank you once again Jonathan ! I truly appreciate you.
